**GET** `/registry/v1/tools`

List all tools with optional category filter

## Query parameters

- `category: optional string`

  Filter by category

## Returns

`200` OK (`ToolsListResponse`)

- `tools: optional array of Tool`

  - `category: optional string`

  - `created_at: optional string`

  - `description: optional string`

  - `id: optional string`

  - `name: optional string`

- `total: optional integer`

## Errors
