# Delete permission boundary

**DELETE** `/boundaries/{boundary_id}`

Delete one of the caller's organization's permission boundaries. The caller must hold every action the boundary was keeping from its target (403 with missing_actions), and cannot delete a boundary that caps the caller.

## Path parameters

- `boundary_id: string`

  Boundary ID

## Headers

- `Authorization: string`

  `Bearer <token>`.

## Returns

`204` No Content

## Errors

- `403` Forbidden
- `404` Not Found
